Every plate in the Philippines is more than just a meal   it’s a story of struggle, survival, and celebration. As we honor Philippine Independence Day, let’s explore traditional dishes that represent the strength, creativity, and soul of the Filipino people. From street-side staples to slow-cooked family feasts, this is your invitation to taste the spirit of a nation.

Lumpiang Shanghai (Crispy Rolls, Endless Joy):
