Monika Sauteed Tiny Shrimp, also called Alamang Guisado, are a real allrounder in Filipino cuisine. These fermented shrimp with fine roast flavor are very spicy flavored and give curries and stir fries a typical seafood aroma. 

Note: The white spot on due re-crystalization of salt and sugar. Appearing during atmosphere changes. This does not affect the good quality of the products.
